Rules and guidelines for using TIJARATI PRO.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TIJARATI PRO, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Subscription & Payments
TIJARATI PRO is a subscription-based service. Fees are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the cloud dashboard and sync services.
3. Use of Desktop App
The Windows desktop app is provided as part of your subscription. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the application without express written permission.
4. Data Responsibility
While we provide automatic cloud backups, you are responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring your local environment meets the minimum system requirements.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our cloud services. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Offline mode ensures your cashier can continue working regardless of cloud availability.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently removed from our active cloud servers.
